Our Key Stage One SATS Results for May 2004

Here are our Key Stage One SATS results for May 2004.

There were 31 children in the class (each represents 3%),
including 5 children on our Special Needs Register (1 School Action and 4 School Action Plus).

Notes:

These graphs demonstrate the improvement in our results (black) over the national average (white). 

 

Explanation of reading scores: these come from either the Reading Task or Reading Test.

 

If a child is assessed by his/her teacher as being Level 3 or above s/he automatically sits the Reading Test.

The remainder sit an intermediary Reading Task. If they achieve Level 2C or above on this Reading Task, they sit the Reading Test as well.

 

For those who did not reach the threshold, their score (W or 1) comes from the Reading Task otherwise the Reading Test score takes precedence.

 

Those children who sat the Reading Test but do not achieve Level 2 are given a score of L.
