We offer an unusually wide range of clubs and extra curricula activities for our infant children.
There are details of the range of clubs that we offer below the current timetable.
Some of these clubs are run subject to demand and some are seasonal.
Please check with the school office for the latest details, waiting lists etc
If a club that your child wishes to attend is currently "resting"
or you have a new suggestion, please let the office know.
Providing there is a suitable instructor and a free timeslot,
we'd be happy to canvas parents to see if there is sufficient interest.

Lets Get Cooking |
|
|
In addition to the regular clubs listed below, we run informal activities such as gardening and cooking with the support of parent helpers.
If you would like to help in this way, please talk to the link parent for your child's class. |
Our Activities session
Our staff run a rolling programme of activities after school on Thursdays. This is an opportunity for the children to enjoy their teachers' wide range of outside skills and interests in a less formal setting.
Football Feet
These coaching sessions last half an hour, in blocks of 6 weeks. The emphasis is on fun and enjoyment, whilst at the same time, improving the football ability of the boys and girls who attend. The coaches are Football Association qualified and are insured.
Judo
|
The Tora-Kai Judo Club has been running classes at our school since April 2006.
It aims to promote judo in as safe an environment as possible. Children are not pushed to the limits of their ability in order to produce Olympic Champions, but are encouraged in the art of Judo in a friendly and fun environment.
Our Judo club is not just about learning self-defence, it is also about directing energy into |
|
something creative and constructive, building up self-confidence, co-ordination and learning to work with a partner or as part of a team.
For more information, please see the Tora-Kai Judo Club's website www.torakaijudo.co.uk.
Polesden Lacey Playschool

It is a non-profit making registered charity that is affiliated to the Pre-school Learning Alliance (PLA), and registered with OFSTED. It is open each weekday for a maximum of 18 children per session, with 4 adults. It takes children from 2.5 - 5 years.
Whilst most sessions are suitable for all ages, the playschool also runs are particularly suited to children who will be starting school the following September. Children bring a packed lunch to eat with their peers, an important social activity, which helps them to prepare for school life.
For more information, please ask see the Playschool's website www.polesdenlaceyplayschool.ik.org or ask at our school office for contact details.
Summer Club (a weekly session throughout the summer term for new entrants to our reception class)
Our induction programme is unique in the area and has been described by Ofsted as "Exemplary". Summer Club is a key component of the programme. The children are gradually introduced to the school routines whilst making friends with their new classmates.
Weekly Summer Club sessions are held throughout the summer term. We invite all of the children that will join our reception class in the following September. Depending on take-up, the sessions are run on one or two afternoons each week.
